Step out of the front door and you are seconds away from Knightstown Coffee Shop, Boston's Bar, Walsh's shop, the Royal Hotel and The Watch House restaurant, with it's attached Summer water sports centre overlooking the Marina. You are close to the Heritage Centre, the ferry to Renard and the Valentia Transatlantic Cable Station.

A retired gentleman with long standing family links to the Island. I bought the house in 2020. It had lain empty for some years and needed totally renovation with the work finishing at the end of 2022. I look forward to being your host.
