    Hello there, you can get the Dart train from 5 minutes walk away to Lansdowne Dart station or you can get the number 7 bus which travels on the coastal road and through Northumberland Road which is right next to Haddington Road.

This property is perfect for a relaxing quiet hassle-free stay. Bedrooms are to rear of block giving the benefit of convenience with lack of street noise. Most, if not all of the residents are owner occupiers and a quiet restful stay is guaranteed. There are two fully-stocked supermarkets within 2/5 mins walk from the apartment (Dunnes Stores & Supervalu) and Tescos Extra/ Primark 10 mins walk away. City Centre is 30 minutes away by DART and 7 day library study facilities are directly across the road. If you want the convenience of shops, hill/coastal walks & beach within striking distance city centre, this area is ideal. Neighborhood is very safe and there is no clamping as with City Centre and a relaxed stay is assured. This residence would not suit party groups as noise levels are monitored.
Mazzy is looking to rent out one/two double bedrooms whilst family members away temporarily etc Pristine and adjacent to sea swimming in several locations, boating/sailing, theatre, international shops/cafes and local. Supermarket 5 mins walk away as are parks, pier/other coastal and mountainous walks. Striking distance of all amenities you would expect in a capital city whilst also allowing enjoyment of coastal amenities .
Classy area with every convenience on your doorstep. Abundance of restaurants, museums, scenic walking treks, sea-based activities, lexicon-library open 7 days a week is a hub for all. Adjacent to pier walk and swimming/boating activities.
