No Service Fee, host will pay Booking platform fee for you, and no default Cleaning Fee in this booking. Available to Guests : (1). Self Check-In, (2). Queen size spring-bed medium stiff at main bedroom and 2 single size spring-bed at each kid room, together with the pillow, linen, and comforter /bed cover, (3). 4 towels, bath gel, shampoo gel, cleaning soap and hot water for bath plus hairdryer, (4). 2 gallon of drinking waters, tea and coffee sachets, (5). Kitchen with stove, gas, cooking accessories, dishes, glasses, bowls, knife, spoons, forks, cutting board, (6). Wardrobe with hanger, iron, iron table, (7). Access to the swimming pool, (8). The water, electricity and unlimited internet access, (9). Free Netflix profile, free Disney+ Hotstar, Amazone Prime Video streaming and Cable-TV programs. (10). Golfing set/club plus bag (Complete Iron set TaylorMade, McGregor Woods no 1,3 & 5. NOT available to Guests : (1). Additional drinking water and consumables after initial supply (easily accessible from the mini market at Ground level), (2). Daily room cleaning, (3). Parking fee, charge at 4K IDR per hour to the building directly. Guest Access : (1). Anything at the room and on the premise is yours to use, including access to the building facilities like the pool at the Ground floor, (2). There is a lobby reception desk but after 8pm it will close, (3). GrabFood or GoFood can deliver foods to the apartment, but it needs to be picked directly to the front lobby when it arrives.

Other Things to Note : (1). This booking is managed individually, nothing to do with front lobby reception or building management, the services provided might not match the 5-stars hotel standard, e.g. host might not answer the question or inquiry timely or 24 hours, (2). Guests must ensure contact details listed on BookingCom is valid and reachable and will be required to submit a form of identification (KTP/passport) prior to check-in. (3). Communication during the stay with host will be through Booking messaging and/or Social Media WA, (4). Room Cleaning available upon request at 200K idr for 2-3 hours room cleaning plus linen, bedcover & towels refreshment, (5). For long term stay, host offers weekly, biweekly and monthly discount embedded in the Booking pricing formula. For longer than that, please contact host, (6). Extra bed is available at 50K idr per night /single, need to contact host for arrangement, (7). Golfing set/club plus bag (Complete Iron set TaylorMade, Driver 1 and Woods 3 & 5 McGregor) available for use (upon request for IDR 150K/stay of max 7 days)
