We like everything, spacious room with table and couch that allows us to work from our room, the window allows plenty of natural light during the day and at night the room has good lighting. AC was a bit noisy but comfortable we can set the temperature ourselves. The is a sliding door that keeps the bedroom area separate from the bathroom area, which was a genius touch, not only it cuts down the noise from the corridors, it also made sure that if one of us needs to use the bathroom, the sliding door keeps the bedroom quiet and dark. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choices, always fresh and hot, coffee was plentiful. Location of the hotel is also very convenient for the things that we need to get done.

The location was great. It was good walking distance to shops and restaurants (we love Juu Juu Ramen--a real hidden gem) and it was easy to get around. The room itself was nice and it was always made up clean and comfortable each day. The staff were all great and we really liked the complimentary snacks every few days! The breakfast is amazing and we always looked forward to it each morning!

Surabaya is an amazing city!
Surabaya is an amazing city! Unlike Jakarta, it has much less traffic, making it a more pleasant place to navigate. The working lifestyle here is peaceful and unhurried, allowing you to truly enjoy the rhythm of daily life. It's a fantastic destination for travelers, with an abundance of delicious food to explore. I highly recommend visiting Surabaya – you won't be disappointed!

We went to Bromo and Ijen. Ijen was very hard work, but truly out of this world experience.

Refreshing welcome drink at the top floor restaurant the best; the live music add extra value to dining there. It's next to the swimming perfect for photo shooting with great view of the city.
The 40 minute taxi ride from the airport may be a negative; but it showcased how clean and tree lined the city of Surabaya is.
Never has a 5-star hotel reached my expectations like this one. Decorated a friend's bed and sent up complimentary cake, extended our check out time, was in a fantastic location right next to a mall and in the city center. Check in was smooth, room service was quick and the cleanliness was always on point.
It's convenient, service was prompt and reliable, it's as advertised. Staff are always friendly and kind to speak with. Would recommend for short or long stays. This place makes me want to return to Surabaya.

Excellent value for money. Clean and luxurious with great facilities. Good restaurant and surprisingly delicious coffee from the bar. We stayed there to be close the airport, definitely worth going a bit further and staying at the airport hotel. Only 15 min taxi which reception helped book.
it was fantastic from the entrance when greeted by the concierge to the security then the front desk checking in to the staff through at breakfast in the Lounge bar through the hole hotel were great best ever and I have stayed in lots of hotel but JW Marriott the best
Very nice rooms, didn’t get to see much else of the hotel. Breakfast was okay, very Indonesian so if that’s not your thing you don’t have many options. Overall glad I could stay here and would recommend it to anyone that’s staying in Surabaya!
