Our spacious home is within walking distance to Kotagede (ancient capital of Mataram Kingdom), zoo and just 10 minutes drive to Sultan Palace and famous Malioboro Street. Wide yard for children to play. Spacious 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, family sitting room, kitchen, washer, AC, water heater, internet, tv cable and parking for 6 cars. It's very close to different kinds of restaurants, bus stop, craftsmen (silversmiths), traditional markets and 24 hour store chains. The house is very spacious. We provide trusted maids to clean your rooms on daily basis (upon request or with your permission because we respect your privacy). It has spacious yard where you can let your children play. All necessary amenities you may need are provided. You may also rent our car (with our experienced and trusted driver) to take you to tourist sites with discounted rate compared to car rental companies.

I'm an independent mental health consultant. An outgoing person, love traveling, meeting new friends and learning their cultures. My family has been hosting friends from around the globe since 1997. The house is close to the mosque so you may hear holy calls early in the morning at around 5am. It's close to many kinds of restaurants and tourist attractions such as traditional markets, silversmiths, zoo and the famous T-shirt factory, DAGADU, which produces and sells unique T-shirts of Yogyakarta styles. The house is just 300 meters away from Trans Yogya bus stop. You can take the bus to anywhere in towns (including to the famous Sultan Palace, Malioboro Street, airport, train station, Prambanan Temples, Ramayana Ballet). You can also call taxi or Gojek (motorcycle taxi) which is convenient and cheap. You can rent our car and trusted, experienced driver to take you to tourist destinations with discounted rate compared to the rate from car rental companies.
