The most not thing is near but the room need to upgrade. I can pay the same price and get a balcony, Netflix, good amenities. We were not given toothbrush and toothpaste.

Dirty bathroom the wall with many of black mould and the sewage is terrible stink , bathroom can not close unless you use with thin coin, so the smell spread to the bed room.
but the receptions did not want moved use to other rooms. instead try to clean up and poor with hot water. but the smell doesn't go away.
we never come across with the filthy bathroom in any hotel before.
will avoid this hotel if you plan to go to Batam.

Do not take motorbike taxi and taxi, use Grab for both. Most private motor bike taxi and taxi is likely to scam you especially you are not local, driving to a wrong place, look blurr, suddenly don't understand what you are talking about and ask for more money. Locally I can't find any tours. They prefer you to charter the whole taxi to places of interests. It is not worth it for single. Grad don't do tours and private motorbike taxi and taxi can but again plenty of unforseen situations and incidents to milk you for more money along the way. Look for reputable or recommend by hotel is safer, not touts in the streets.

I would say with the value i paid for this hotel already up to my expectations. me & family very happy with everything about this hotel, from check in, friendly staff, clear explanation, direction, bed type, we are assigned as closed as possible (the staff have done his upmost best), breakfast, cute doorman, till we check out... all good! Good job!
Check in was quite swift.breakfast buffet was great with alot of food varieties.ample of hotel facilities such as swimming pool, gym and there,s a pub too.the best thing about the hotel is the location as it,s a brisk 10 min slow walk to nagoya hill mall.there,s local eateries along the streets near the hotel such as ayam bakar.
Room was spacious and clean. Basic facilities available and in working order. Absolutely loved the breakfast area with the 'made to order' noodles/rice section, the highlight of my stay! There's also a convenience store just opposite the hotel for late night munchies. Good location to Nagoya shopping area too.
It was short walking distance to Nagoya Shopping mall. Also on the opposite of the shopping mall the Thai massage and the seafood place were the best. Great amenities surrounding the hotel area.
