In the heart of University City, close to the city center, this beautiful apartment has extraordinary features. Everything is simply close (shopping centers, downtown, universities). So you can't go wrong. This little jewel box has a quiet neighborhood and amazing views. If you want to wake up in the morning to the view of Mecsek and drink a coffee in peace, then this is your place :)
