Our apartment is located on the golden coast of Siófok in a residential park directly on the shore of Lake Balaton. The balcony offers a wonderful view of the lake. An equipped kitchen and stylish, modern furnishings await our guests. Stepping out of the gate, we immediately find ourselves on the free beach, where it is not only pleasant to swim, sunbath but also to cycle, walk, wakeboard and do sports. There is a parking space for one car in the closed courtyard of the residential complex. The distribution of the apartment: entrance hall, bathroom, bedroom, living room together with the kitchen, panorama terrace. In the living room, the sofa can be used as an extra bed for two more guests. The kitchen is equipped with various kitchen appliances: capsule coffee machine, toaster, kettle, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, etc. There is one air conditioner in both the living room and the bedroom. Our guests can enjoy there dinner on the panorama terrace while admiring the sunset. If you would like to arrive at the apartment at a different time than the indicated check-in hours, please inquire in a message in advance. Local tax is payable in cash during check-in. 1,5 EUR or 550 HUF/ guest/ night. According to local legislation, guests must present their ID cards/ passports for registration/ scanning before moving in the apartment. Only registered guests are allowed at the accommodation. There are other habitants living in the neighbouring apartments. Listening to loud music and being loud in general is prohibited during daytime as well. The apartment will be checked upon departure; our guests are fully responsible for any damage caused by negligence or wilful misconduct.
