  • hello. I am not able to walk up these stairs. Is there entry to the bedroom from the outside stairs? is the bathroom on main floor?how many bathrooms?

    From the stairs outside you can reach the masterbedroom. And from there you can also reach the other bedroom of coarse. The bathroom is on the ground floor. The toilet and the bathroom are separate.

  • what size is the sofa bed in the living room? is it comfortable? I cannot use those stairs, unfortunately. They is no handle, too steep, narrow too.

    The part of the sofa to sleep on is 145 cm wide and 195 cm long. We never had any complaints about the comfort of this sofabed. We hope you will have a good night rest on it too!

Modernly furnished, detached holiday home with a fully fenced garden. It is located on the edge of a holiday park, within walking distance of a swimming lake with catering facilities and a childrens playground. You can take beautiful walks in the forest behind the house or around the lake, do sports or go fishing in the special fishing ponds. There is much to experience in the area. You can go horseback riding, cycling, to thermal baths and visit interesting cities such as Baja, Kecskemet and Subotica. The house is cosy and is well equipped. There is free wifi. On cold days the house can be heated with a pellet stove which heats every room through radiators. We charge a contribution to the heating costs per used bag of pellets. Pets are allowed for free and they can run freely in the fenced garden. In the garden you can barbeque or use the bogrács (traditional Hungarian cooking pot). We hope you'll have a wonderful stay!
Hi! We are a couple from the Netherlands, living in Southern Hungary. We live on the puszta in an authentic clay farm house with our animals (horses, cats and dogs, chicken and geese). We love to renovate and decorate houses and will be renting out a couple of accommodations in unique places in the area.
Our holiday home is located on the back corner of a holiday park. This means you can enjoy both the quietness of the home and garden and the liveliness of families and friends enjoying themselves by the lake, at the playgrounds, restaurants and bars. The atmosphere at the park is very relaxed. Behind the house there is a forest where you can make nice walks. There are fishings ponds behind the swimming lake and there are tennis courts and a volleyball field.
