Garden Spa Resort apartment is located in Budapest, in the 22nd district (in South Buda), in a quiet, suburban garden area. It's a fully air-conditioned house - with 2 floors with 70 sqm in total + a 40 sqm covered terrace, + nice garden, + premium outdoor heated pool, sunbathing, baking and cooking facilities - with all the necessary equipment for you. ( There is a third floor at the bottom ( garage ) which is held for the owner. It has a totally separate entrance, so it is not bothering your holiday time. ) On the middle floor, there is a big living room with a 4K smart TV, kitchen, and bathroom. And from this floor, you can enter the covered, 40sqm terrace + garden and outdoor pool. On the first floor, there are two separate bedrooms, a washbasin, and a balcony. The apartment is equipped with everything you may need for a 1-20 day stay, including cooking possibilities in 2 places (kitchen + terrace) with a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, mixer, kettle, sandwich maker, toaster, cutlery, even ironing, etc. as well. The breakfast is SELF-SERVICED. We provide you with a fully loaded fridge that includes meat, cheese, butter, bread, vegetables, yogurt, fruits, beers, water, etc. This apartment is recommended for those who are looking for a nice, relaxing place quite far from the center's noise. Any kind of party is not allowed to do in this property. Inviting friends, escort girls are also not allowed to do. Smoking is permitted on the roofed terrace only. We kindly ask you to keep this rule in this silent area. Thank you.
Welcome to Garden Spa Resort. It's a private full-house apartment with a garden, and I made this nice environment to offer you a good base for your pleasant holiday. Preferred for guests who would like to enjoy the silence on these holiday days, and our heated swimming pool, roofed terrace, and fresh air, and friendly environment.
It's a silent area on the south side of Buda - in the territory of Budapest. Campona Shopping Center is less than 1 km away. Lidl and Aldi's stores are 500m away, and Tesco is 800m away. The center of the city is 14 km away, available by car in less than 20 mins. If you would like to have your days in a quiet place with a nice garden, nice pool, and fresh air, but not far from the city. Garden Spa Resort is a favorable place to enjoy your holiday or business time. Thank you for choosing us, and thank you for protecting our nice environment.
