The Dénár Apartmanhouse is a family house with an independent garden, we recommend it primarily to our guests who want to enjoy their well-deserved rest in complete tranquility, in high-quality, sophisticated conditions. Our apartment house has a completely separate garden with a family atmosphere and is ideal for a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 children) or a group of 4-5 friends.

With ample parking, free Wi-Fi, a jacuzzi that can be heated in winter and summer, and an infrared sauna (the fee for both services is 30 Euros/day, this is not included in the basic price!). The holiday home has 1 American kitchen with living room and dining room, 2 separate bedrooms and a bathroom. Both bedrooms have a large double bed (180x200cm). The living room has a sofa that can be converted into a double bed (140x190cm). A dining table for 4-6 people and a TV are available to guests. The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. The kitchen is comfortably equipped with a refrigerator, microwave oven, electric hob, oven, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, sandwich and waffle maker, dishwasher, washing machine, glasses, dishes and plates. Lighting, air conditioning (heating, cooling) and underfloor heating can be individually controlled in each room. The well-designed garden provides opportunities for outdoor activities: football, badminton, darts, sunbeds, a kettle and a grill are available to our guests. The charm of the garden is the covered relaxation terrace, where our wellness department is available, where you can enjoy relaxing on rattan furniture. Our accommodation is located just 100 meters from the Pamut fishing lake in Veresegyháza. Medvefarm can be reached by car in 5 minutes or, for the braver, even on foot. Have an adventure on Wednesdays and Saturdays at the traditional Veresegháza market. Enjoy the spa, the city swimming pool and the lake beach. Take a walk on the nature trails surrounding the lakes, go fishing on one of Ivacsi or Pamut Tó. The Ivacsi train station is located 800 meters from the holiday home, from which the center of Budapest, the Nyugati railway station, can be easily reached (approx. 45 minutes). During the summer, guests are entertained by an open-air theater (Mézesvölgy summer). Visit the exhibitions and events of the Gödöllő King's Castle and Park, or the animal and living world of the Vácrátót Botanical Garden, with various themed adventure walks. The Hungaroring is located in Mogyoród, where the Hungarian Grand Prix Formula 1 race is held every year.
