The newly constructed magnificent villa is situated just a few dozen meters from the sea in the village of Jakišnica on the island of Pag, 12 km from Novalja. It boasts a wonderful sea view, allowing guests to witness magical sunsets. The villa spans two floors, comprising a ground floor, first floor, 3 parking spaces, and an outdoor pool measuring 9x4m. On the ground floor, there are a foyer, a spacious living room, a kitchen, a dining area, and a staircase (open space), along with a bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, a toilet, a pantry, a storage room, and an outdoor kitchen on a large terrace. The first floor consists of a hallway with a staircase, 2 master bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms leading to a large terrace with a jacuzzi, offering stunning views of the sea and the islands of Cres and Lošinj. The villa is only 40m from the sea and surrounded by forest and olive trees.

The village of Jakišnica is located in the far northwest part of the island of Pag. It is an ideal destination for relaxation due to its mild Mediterranean climate and serene tranquility. This part of the island is renowned for the Lun olive groves, which are over a thousand years old and were declared a botanical reserve in 1963. Swimming in the crystal-clear sea and relaxing in the shade of millennia-old trees attract many visitors. It is only a 10-minute drive to Novalja and the famous Zrće beach, where exceptional clubs host parties with the world's best DJs.
