The rustic Villa Roko on the beautiful Croatian island of Pašman is ready to enchant you with its Dalmatian charm and uniqueness. Villa is only 10m form the beach ! This Villa offers 100 m² of living space for 6 to 8 people. 3 cozy bedrooms, one on the ground floor and the other two on the upper floor of the villa, can accommodate 6 people. Open your eyes and start your day breathing in the fresh Mediterranean air. Also, every bedroom is equipped with air conditioning and a TV. In the living room, two more people can sleep on the comfortable extendable couch. On both floors, there are fully equipped bathrooms, which will ensure you full comfort during your stay. The villa has two kitchens, the main kitchen on the ground floor and one on the upper floor. Both kitchens are stocked with all the necessary utensils you need to prepare delicious meals with your loved ones. From the terrace on the upper floor you can not only enjoy the breathtaking view, but also have a good time. Be it for morning coffee or for dinner, this terrace will impress you with its comfortable furnishings and attention to detail. On the ground floor, in addition to the cozy bedroom and the bathroom, there is the main kitchen, dining area and living room, where you can make yourself comfortable not only during summer, but also outside of the summer season. Enjoy the ultimate relaxation at Villa on Island Pašman’s exterior. The fully fenced 300 m² outdoor area is surrounded by beautiful lemon trees, offering complete privacy. Take a dip in the outdoor jacuzzi or dine on the terrace overlooking the sea view. Also, two outdoor showers are at your disposal.
