Nur 2 km von Malinka entfernt befindet sich die Villa Kvarner in einer Sackgasse, ruhig gelegen in grüner Umgebung und mit ausreichend Parkplätzen direkt vor dem Haus. Im offenen Wohn- und Essbereich im EG mit Kamin und einem großem Flatscreen Fernseher befindet sich neben einem grossen massiven Eichentisch (inkl. Hochstuhl für Kinder), eine hochwertige Küche mit Barbereich, Granitarbeitsplatte, Geschirrspüler und Bora Herd, die keine Wünsche offen lässt. Eine zusätzliche Toilette rundet die Ausstattung im EG ab. Die drei Schlafzimmer mit Flatscreen Fernseher und großem Doppelbett im 1.OG verfügen jeweils über ein eigenes Bad. Im großen Schlafzimmer befindet sich optional für eine dritte Person ein Schlafsofa und auch ein variabel aufstellbares Babybett. Der Außenbereich verfügt über einem beleuchteten Pool inkl. Gegenstromanlage, Sonnenliegen, überdachten Ess- und Loungebereich sowie einen steinernen Grill.
Das Haus liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe zu den schönen Stränden in Malinska, welches mit zahlreichen Cafes, Restaurants und Freizeitangeboten zahlreiche Möglichkeiten für einen gelungenen Urlaub bietet. Das Ortszentrum mit einem Supermarkt ist nur 250 m vom Haus gelegen. Ausgiebige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten mit mehreren Supermärkten befinden sich 1 km entfernt. Der Hauptort Krk ist in 10 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen.
