Sea-shell shaped modern villa nestled on the hill overlooking Komiza bay. Surrounded by pure nature and St Johns Bread trees the atmosphere it creates is one of tranquillity, seclusion and relaxation. Private pool and terrace with BBQ make it perfect for families with children or gatherings of friends. This beautiful three-bedroom luxury villa on two floors has a well-planned outdoor and indoor living connected by a sliding top-to the floor glass screens that provides amazing scenic views of the Komiza and Adriatic Sea. All the furniture is modern and gives a contemporary feel to the villa. Twin beds bedroom and a stylish bathroom with shower are on the first floor as an extension to the living area, and on the first floor two double king bed bedrooms offer sea view and deep relaxing sleep wrapped in the silence of the unspoiled nature. After enjoying the pool you will spend warm evenings at the pool deck savouring salty sea are and a drink watching the sun dive into the ocean. The enchanting fishermen city Komiza is a pleasant 10min stroll away. It’s your base for excursions, shops, restaurants and bars.

Villa is 800m away from center of Komiža, the nearest beach is 500m away and 500m from nearest restaurants. One of them is "Bako" where you can eat delicious fish and meat dishes, and it is situated by the sea. Next to this restaurant you can also visit konoba "Barba", with beautiful terrace and seaview. In the center of the city you can visit konoba "Koluna" for excellent value for money meals. Pizzeria Charly few steps further offers the best pizza in town. Main cultural attraction is Fishermen museum situated in stone fortress Komuna, symbol of Komiza. In Komiza you can rent car, scooter, bicycle, kayak, etc. pls check local tourist agencies like Blue cave agency in Komiza. It is good idea to explore island by scooter or car.
