A spacious 40 sqm pool in front of the villa invites you to swim and relax, while the beach, just 25 meters away, provides access to the crystal-clear Adriatic waters. Unwind on comfortable sun loungers with a refreshing drink, dive into a favorite book, or simply take in the stunning blue sea views. From the exterior to the bedrooms, the villa’s elegant simplicity creates a charming ambiance. Inside, enjoy a cozy living area with a fireplace where you can relax and listen to your favorite music.
