Nestled in a picturesque village in central Istria, this chic and contemporary home perfectly marries modern elegance with the serene charm of village life. Featuring two intimate bedrooms with sleek lines and minimalist decor, the house radiates a sense of calm and simplicity. The open-plan living space is bathed in natural light, thanks to expansive windows that frame stunning views of the surrounding landscape. Outside, a private pool offers a luxurious escape, ideal for refreshing swims and basking under the glorious Istrian sun. The pool is bordered by a stylish deck, perfect for sunbathing or hosting al fresco gatherings. Despite its modern aesthetic, the house exudes warmth and comfort, making it a welcoming haven in a delightful Istrian village.
The villa is located in a small picturesque village, 3 km from the sea and a beach. In the beautiful little square just 150 meters from the house, there are three restaurants with excellent cuisine, a shop open all day, a small post office, and a bakery. A 3-minute walk takes you to the local church, and just a 5-minute drive away is a unique goat farm where you can tour and purchase authentic Istrian cheese. A 20-minute drive will take you to Pula, a stunning Istrian town from ancient times with the best-preserved Roman amphitheater - the Pula Arena.
