The house is located at the very end of the bay in the village of Čeprljanda, located on the northeastern part of the island of Ugljan. It consists of two bedrooms, a large living room, a kitchen, bathroom, two terraces, private parking for two cars, free WiFi and two air conditioning. About ten meters from the house there is a small beach from which you can see our longest mountain, Velebit. The northern terrace overlooks the entire bay, but also the open sea, and it is not uncommon to see dolphins from it. In front of the terrace there is a small vegetable garden where seasonal vegetables and fruits are grown. Also available to guests is an outdoor fireplace with large dining table. Ugljan is not one of the most visited islands in Croatia, which makes it an ideal place for those who seek peace and solitude. The exception is the summer months (especially August) when there are slightly more visitors, and fishing festivals are also common in almost every place on the island during this period.

For those who want to have fun, there is the beach bar Ritam, which can be easily reached by the main promenade along the sea, and is only 1 km away. Directly opposite the house across the bay is the easy-to-spot beach bar Bičikleta known for its impressive artistic decoration, good non-commercial music and quality service, perfect for morning coffee or evening enjoyment under the stars. And the closest of the mentioned Saxa food bar best known for its top-quality pizza, which they offer on a spacious, pleasantly decorated green terrace with a view of the village harbor. The nearest grocery store is 1 km away, at the center of Ugljan village. Supermarket Tommy is 9 km away from the villa, 10 minutes driving.
