We will gladly welcome you in a beautiful quiet part of the village Bibinje, just 200m from the sea. The specialty of our accommodation is the year-round heated outdoor saltwater swimming pool with a large whirlpool for 6-8 people. You can use the large fully equipped garden house where there is a large Croatian style BBQ grill, a large table made of 100 year old wood, a spacious kitchen with American fridge and a large 65" LED TV. This garden house will make your stay by the pool more enjoyable and is lovely for an evening with friends. The house is equipped with powerful air conditioning. The accommodation itself can be found in a beautiful villa of three separate apartments with a total capacity of up to 14 people. Our villa is situated in a quiet part of Bibinje and absolute privacy is guaranteed. The villa has 3 separate apartments. Each apartment has its own entrance, bathroom, kitchen, living room and terrace. The apartments are in one building. Next to this house there is another Party House where the large rooms are shared. A place for 14 people with a large table, spacious kitchen, American fridge and a large Croatian grill.

Bibinje is one of the most beautiful traditional villages in the Zadar area. The centre of Zadar is about 15 minutes away by car. The SPAR market is about 500m away from the house and the larger Plodine market is at a distance of about 1000m. In Bibinje there are a number of beaches, the nearest of which is only 200m away from the house. In Bibinje you can find a variety of restaurants. For discerning guests we recommend the restaurants in Zadar.
