Property information

Villa Domenica Medelina 5 is a new villa with modern design and luxurious furnishings. There are 5 bedrooms with king size double beds for you to enjoy. Each bedroom has its own toilet, shower, wardrobe, flat screen TV, air conditioning and modern designer furniture. On the ground floor there is a closed spa area with a sauna, jacuzzi, bathroom and shower. Each bedroom has a balcony or terrace with outdoor tables and chairs for outdoor relaxation The large living room will accommodate the entire group of guests for a pleasant time. Two sofas and a large 75 diagonal TV will allow you to relax and enjoy your holiday. The villa has board games, PS 5 and entertainment for a large group The kitchen is equipped with all modern appliances and utensils (Villeroy & Boch), wine glasses and cooking equipment. For you there is a refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine, oven, microwave, hob, toaster, kettle, mixer. A huge dining table will allow all guests to sit together for breakfast, lunch or dinner. You will be able to conduct business meetings, team building and corporate meetings In the courtyard of the villa there is a huge heated swimming pool, a children's swimming area, hydromassage, sun loungers and umbrellas. The summer house offers table tennis, billiards and a gym. As well as equipment for sports games. In the building there is a barbecue area with grills, grates and skewers. A large table in the backyard will allow all guests to gather for lunch or dinner in the fresh air
