It is located in Zemunik Donji, which is adorned with beautiful colors of the landscape and will delight nature lovers, while for those looking for an active vacation, everything is at hand: hiking, cycling or diving. Venture out with your family or friends for a pleasant vacation that you will surely remember! Villa D-Palace was built in 2021 in a modern architectural style and has 600 m2 of living space, while the total area of the property is 1400 m2. Guests who like to be active on vacation will enjoy the room with several exercise machines and after training they can relax in the sauna. The nearest sea and beach are only 7 km away from the villa, which will please both older and younger generations, and in the evening younger generations can enjoy themselves in several nearby cafes or taste delicious traditional dishes in taverns or restaurants. Villa D-Palace offers accommodation for a maximum of 14 and an optimum of 10 people. The villa is fully air-conditioned and is spread over 3 floors. On each floor there is a modern kitchen, a dining room with dining table, a cozy living room and bedrooms with bathrooms. The villa has a total of two single beds (90 x 200), 4 double beds (180 x 200), 3 sofa beds (180 x 200) and an extra bed measuring 90 x 200. 5 bathrooms with shower and two separate toilets are at your disposal. Additional facilities include a separate room (laundry room) for guests to use, as well as a washing machine, tumble dryer and iron. The villa also has a crib and a high chair if you are traveling with children. On the outdoor terrace there is a heated pool
