It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the beach (700m). Open panoramic sea views from all rooms of the house. The traditional Mediterranean architecture, built from the original stone from the island of Brač and other high-quality building materials, will give you an original experience of Dalmatia and the Mediterranean and make your vacation unforgettable. The villa is luxurious, modern and stylishly furnished with attention to detail.The area of ​​land on which the house is located is 650 m2, and the building itself has an area of ​​350 m2. It consists of the main object of the house with an area of ​​220m2, a smaller apartment with an area of ​​36m2 and a basement area of ​​84m2. Within the fenced yard there is a parking lot with 2 spaces. The house itself consists of 4 large bedrooms, each with a small hallway, private bathroom and balcony with uninterrupted views of the sea, living room, kitchen and dining room.Next to the house there are two terraces - a smaller one with a stone fireplace/wood-burning grill and a large one next to the swimming pool.
