The air-conditioned studio apartment Antica is located at a distance of just 18 km from the old town Dubrovnik and only 5 km from beautiful town Cavtat. Our place is a perfect for couples, business travelers, families with kids and it is only few kilometers away from the airport. We are sure you will love our place because of relaxing and romantic atmosphere, no traffic noise, privacy, fresh air, completely private pool, beautiful garden and nature, comfort bed and very friendly hosts. This place is unique indeed. House was badly damaged in war, few years after war, it was completly renovated. Studio apartment has two bathrooms, the smaller one is pool bathroom with toilet, shower and sink. The bigger one is main bathroom with large shower, sink and toilet. Toilets are fully functional and contains shampoo, towels, hair dryer etc. Scavolini kitchen is full equiped (dishwashing machine, oven, ceramic hobs, kettle, toster, fridge/freezer, dishes and pottery). Pool is available from approximately 1st of june till 15st of september (it depends of weather conditions - temperature). Guest have complete privacy in the studio apartment, pool, and terraces.
