Apartman Sea La vie se nalazi na Dominikanskom trgu u staroj gradskoj jezgri. Gradska plaža Prosika je udaljena 500 metara a glavni gradski trg kralja Petra Krešimira IV na kojem se održavaju brojni koncerti i razne izložbe je udaljen 100 metara kao i ostale znamenitosti. U neposrednoj blizini se nalaze razne trgovine, restorani i kafići.
