Our family started with the hospitality industry in 1937. At first we were a little inn Goldfish ( Zlatna ribica ) which refreshed people with homemade wine and brandy after a long day in the field. Our great grandfather Joseph, after a couple of successful years of work, decided to offer food. Meals that were served were based on fresh fish that was caught in front of the restaurant by the local fishermen.
