  • HI we would like to book your place, from 11 August to the 23rd. We are a party of four, and we would need 2 bedrooms. :) So, How are the apartments organized by floors or ground? and is the garden open for use, do you have a parking lot

    Both of the apartments have two separate bedrooms. These apartments are on the ground floor, so you have an exit to the garden. The garden is open for use. We don't have private parking, only next to our other accomodation, that is 1,5 kms away.

    Hello. We don't have private parking, and the house is on a hillside so it is not an option to park next to the apartment. It is only accesible by stairs.

  • Hello, Could you please tell me how many appartments are there in the house and how do I choose between them? I can't tell from the listing if there are any different options. Is there one with a terrace and how much is it? Is the garden shared with the adjacent house and can we use the fireplace?

    There are 5 apartments but only two can be booked for now. The apartment for 4 has a terrace right next to the garden. The mentioned adjacent house is actually part of the building. The garden can be used by all of our guests, as can the fireplace.

The house is a heritage built in the 17th century, overlooking the Mlini harbour and the beach. It comes with a huge garden with lemon and orange trees, grape wives and fig trees and also has outdoor grill and fire place. The village's second oldest tree can be found in the garden, that is 200 years old. Important information: the house is only accessible by STAIRS and we DO NOT HAVE PRIVATE PARKING.
Hi, I am Agnes. I am a Hungarian girl raised in Dubrovnik, Croatia since my family is running two apartment complexes, one in Kupari and one in Mlini. I have been helping my family to host and manage these apartments for many years and now I am taking over from my parents. Besides my mother language Hungarian, I speak English, Croatian and Serbian. I am looking forward to hosting you and I hope I can help you have a great time in one of our apartments.
The nearest beach is 200 meters to the left from the stairs. There you can also see Mlini's 300-year-old tree. To the right is a beautiful promenade of at least two kilometers with cafes, restaurants and various playgrounds for children. There is a shopping mall in the neighboring village not far from the beach, it is close by on foot. The old town of Dubrovnik is 8 kilometers from the hotel, it is worth taking a bus. It is only 20 minutes away and you can travel at a very reasonable price.
