Ilsad Apartments are situated on the very tip of Pasman |sland where it meets Ugljan island by road bridge, located in a quiet cul-de-sac accessible by car with on-site parking. The house is a detached property built with interesting architectural lines in it's own grounds, it consists of three stories; each with one apartment. The apartment has its own private entrance, with key entry where you will find a spacious hall, living room with satellite Tv and comfortable seating. There is a separate kitchen with table plus a larder cupboard. The light and airy bedrooms have large comfortable beds dressed for the summer with additional blankets if required. There is ample draw and wardrobe space. The bathroom is fitted with a stand alone shower, basin, bidet, toilet and hairdryer. There is also a separate toilet and a utility room with washing machine. All of the windows and doors are double glazed and have roller shutters fitted, keeping the apartment cool in the hot Croatian summer assisted by an air conditioning unit. The apartment is self contained, fully furnished and well equipped, you will find a fridge freezer, full size cooker, kettle, toaster, washing machine, drying rack, iron, ironing board, hairdryer, radio, satellite Tv and free Wifi. The apartment has a covered outside dining terrace adjacent to the shared grill and patio area. The terrace is screened from the road by a mature olive tree which provides some welcome shade. To the rear of the apartment there is another smaller seating area available. To the side of the property you will find the newly installed swimming pool area which includes an 8 x 4 m swimming pool with salt system, outdoor shower, ample sun loungers, tables, chairs and parasols.
