Apartments Mak & Lux are located in a new modern building with an elevator, on the top floor with unique expirience of open views and cosy private entrance. There is a private open parking with a ramp in front of the building. It is possible to arrange free use of the parking lot in accordance with availability, with prior notice. The apartments are located on the 3rd floor of the building, they can also be connected for families or larger groups, given that they have a common front entrance and in the private part separate from the common communications of the building itself. Apartment Mak ("apartment with terrace") has one set of entrance stairs (since it is located on the very top, above 3rd floor level which is connected with the elevator), an entrance hall, a bathroom (with washing machine), a living room in which there is a pull-out sofa with a simple mechanism (double bed for two), a mini kitchen (stove, refrigerator, sink), separate nook for preparing food with microwave, coffe machine and a bar table for two, a separate bedroom with large double bed with access to a covered terrace with open views to the sea and the hill Petka. Apartment Lux ("apartment with sea view") consists of an entrance hall with a large wardrobe, a bathroom (with washer/dryer), a separate bedroom with large double bed, a living room with a three-seater sofa with a simple pull-out mechanism (double bed for two), a dining table for 4 people, a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffe machine, blender, toster) and a large open terrace with a view of the sea and Lapad Stadium, Gruz Harbor with cruisers and orientation to the west so you can enjoy the sunsets. Apartments Mak & Lux are located in the very heart of Lapad, next to the city stadium and with an excellent view of the sea and the nearby hill Petka. It is located in the center, yet surrounded by greenery and in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Lapad bay with various facilities - restaurants, cafes, shops, parks, tennis courts, walks along the sea and the newly renovated Sunset beach and boardwalk is only 5 minutes away. There are also smaller sandy and rocky beaches nearby for you to explore. The nearest shop is 30 m away. The bus stop for Stari Grad is only two minutes away from the building. The main station and Gruška Luka are located within a 20-minute walk. Dubrovnik airport is located at a distance of 21 km.
