Elegantno uređen i klimatizirani apartman sastoji se od kompletno opemljene kuhinje s prostranom blagavaonicom, dnevnog boravka sa TV-om ravnog ekrana, kupaonice s tuš kabinom, odvojene sobe i lođe lijepog pogleda gdje se gosti mogu opustiti u čarima Hrvatskog zagorja. Mjesto Krapinske Toplice je zbog svojih prirodnih ljepota i ljekovitih voda poznato još od Rimskog doba,a termalni izvori proglašeni jednim od najboljih u Europi. Udaljenost od najbližih aerodroma u Zagrebu i Mariboru je oko 60 km.

U neposrednoj blizini objekta nalaze se bazeni kompleksa "Aqua Vivae", a miran kafić je u samoj zgradi. Krapinske toplice nude i brojne pješačke i planinarske rute kao i heli centar za sve ljubitelje letenja. Šarmantni grad povijesti i kulture Krapina nalazi se na udaljenosti od 14 km sa svojim svjetski poznatim Muzejom krapinskih neandertalaca. Radi se o jednom od najvažnijih europskih nalazišta iz prapovijesti u očaravajućem modernom muzejskom postavu. Dvorac, perivoj i park šuma Trakošćan udaljeni svega 35 km nude pogled u prošlost i predivnu prirodnu kulisu, a jedan od najljepših dvoraca u ovom dijelu Europe Veliki Tabor s predivnom i tragičnom ljubavnom pričom o Veroniki Desinićkoj tek je 22 km udaljen od apartmana. Posebna atrakcija na otvorenom je etno selo Kumrovec koje prikazuje izgled zagorskog sela na početku 20. stoljeća (17 km udaljen).
