Featuring a spacious garden with a swimming pool, Villa Ivana is located on Pašman Island in the Adriatic Sea. Sandy beaches can be visited next to Mrljane just 984 feet away. Restaurants, markets, cafes and bars can be reached on foot in 5 minutes. This four-bedroom villa overlooks the sea, and offers air conditioning, 3 kitchens and 3 bathrooms. Villa is located 300 meters from the beach, overlooking the sea, the islands and the whole Pasman channel! The villa is located in a quiet and peaceful place surrounded by Mediterranean plants such as olive trees and figs, beautiful vegetation.
This job I inherited from my parents, who are also engaged in tourism for many years. They had 3 very pretty apartment! As the villa attractive appearance and layout, and has a very large and spacious rooms, terraces, bathrooms and bedrooms, and a large garden and courtyard we decided to turn it into a tourist unit for max.16 people. And we have built a large swimming pool and a veranda by the pool with a big fireplace, table and benches for seating.
The villa is located in a very nice, quiet and peaceful area. Villa overlooks the sea and the Pasman canal and the islands are located in the Pasman arhipelagu.One of these attractive islands and is the largest Croatian and world brand Island Galešnjak better known as the "Island of Love" because as we all know that the shape of a heart and in that famous all over the world! In village 300 m from the villa is situated A stirred beach which is adorned with its abundance, attractiveness and beauty. The biggest advantage of this beach is that it is an ideal and affordable for all ages, especially the naturally adapted for children. (sandy bay, coast gravel)
