Whether your retreat is Istria Nuova’s luxury Villa Aqua (Superior villa 1), Villa Terra (Superior Villa 2), Villa Sole (Superior Villa 3) or all three, you and those close to you will find the time and space to enjoy your time together. Design Villa Aqua (Superior villa 1)- The villa is set on a 2000m² plot/ Villa size 300m²/ pool size 48m² with a kitchenette with a fridge for poolside. Design Villa Terra (Superior villa 2)-The villa is set on a 2000m² plot/ Villa size 300m²/ Heated pool, size 48m², Hot tub. Design Villa Sole (Superior villa 3)- The villa is set on a 2000m² plot/ Villa size 300m²/ Heated pool, size 48m², Game room, Conference & Meeting room THE VILLA INCLUDES: Access to the property's separate fitness and spa house, featuring exercise equipment and sauna. Located on a 2000m2 plot, the villa is set in a forest. The property’s private forest area of 5000m2 includes walking trails, hammocks and benches for relaxing. Istria Nuova is situated in the middle of Istria, about a 15-20 minute drive from Pula. Its central location means it’s ideal for exploring the Istrian peninsula. The villa is in the peaceful village of Režanci, 7km from medieval town of Svetvinčenat. The village of Režanci has a food shop, open daily, for basic shopping needs. The closest pharmacy is in Svetvinčenat. The closest beaches - whether you choose the West, East or South coast of Istria - are a 20 to 30-minute drive from Istria Nuova.
