With a total area of 140 square meters this villa can accommodate up to 8 guests making it perfect for two families. The house consists of two separate apartments rented as one unit, each with an area of approx. 65 m² and consisting of two bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen and living room. The private garden offers the following amenities: Private pool (7 m x 4 m x 1.40 m), sunny terrace around the pool with sun loungers and parasols and outdoor fireplace with table and chairs for all guests. Pets are welcome with a prior announcement and at an extra fee of 15 euro per day.

Krk is one of the oldest urban settlements in Croatia, although by population it is a smaller town, Krk is definitely big on its historical richness. The ancient city of Krk, the old part of the city is encircled by walls, the city gates and fortifications. The house is situated in part of the city called Vidikovac. This part is calm and nice, especially if you are looking for some more peaceful space. Yet, you are just 10 minutes away from beautiful beaches Portopizana and Koralj. Portopzana is a beach with concrete outside and sand and pebbles inside the water. Koralj is great for kids as well as Portopisana, because you have many amenities to entertain them. If you are an athletic type of person and you want to spend your vacation actively, you can also use the new Street workout zone (outdoor gym) or, if you are more adventurous you can try a zip line or rent a scooter, kayak and pedal boat. Nearby Vidikovac there is a start for the IPad trail route – you can explore it by bike or by walking. To the center of the town, you have a 12 minutes walk. Still, if walking is sometimes a trouble for you, you can use our panoramic city bus and enjoy the ride.
