Electricity is from solar collectors (12 V and 220 V) for smaller consumers and lighting, and water is rainwater from the cistern. The cottage has cold running water. The shower is outside the building (terrace) with sun-heated water. The stove and refrigerator with freezer are gas. The terrace is fully equipped with outdoor grill (grill, peka, wood and charcoal). This is Robinson accommodation type of tourism and it is necessary to spend water sparingly. Also, the store is not nearby and we recommend buying groceries before arrival. In return, you get the opportunity to live in harmony with nature, in the peace of greenery and beautiful sea. This is a blend of tradition and modernity. Just above the beach is a tree house with panoramic views, which can be reached by a sailor's ladder. Children will appreciate it. In front of the building is a waterfront with a berth for a boat and a beautiful pebble beach. Arrivals are on Sundays and departures are on Saturdays. The cottage can be reached in three ways. 1. By car on a dirt forest road to the parking lot, a 20-minute walk from the cottage. 2. If you have a 4x4 vehicle and want to drive on a rocky steep private off-road road, come to 5 minute walk from the cottage. In both cases, we will transport all your belongings to the house. 3. By boat from Mali Lošinj. You can leave your car in the yard of our house in Lošinj.
