4 STARS APARTMENT. *Newly renovated* private 85m² apartment on the waterfront w high ceilings, air conditioning, FREE Wi-Fi, parking, and mooring (please check with host). Both bedrooms have their own en suits and King size beds. The apartment has an open living, kitchen and dining space including air-conditioning, TV and a private terrace with umbrella. The kitchen has gas stove, oven, fridge, freezer, plates, cups, and cutlery. Shared laundry is outside of the apartment. Large private BBQ area with dining area in tree-covered backyard that seats 8 people comfortably. Main pebble beaches are 10min walk north and south of the apartment.
4 STARS apartment rated by Croatian National Tourist Board. I have designed and styled each element of my house. There are high ceilings, open spaces, a private garden terrace, and a private BBQ dining space with a 13-meter bocce pitch in the backyard. The interior of the apartment has been recently renovated and furnished with new items and coats of paint. I've designed an atmosphere to create a relaxed environment for people to chill when coming back from the beach. Looking for people who are interested in a quiet and relaxing holiday in the private apartment, located on the beach. If you need any help or questions, I speak fluent English and Croatian. This is a private apartment. As host, I will give you recommendations on sightseeing, exploring and restaurants to visit.
Locals are super friendly and speak English, some speak fluent German as well. Quite neighbourhood with multiple beaches in nearby towns less than 15min drive from the apartment, south & north. Must visit Krka National Park, 15 min drive from the apartment. There are multiple private places to swim off piers near the apartment. There are also many pizza restaurants and high dining restaurants like Slatna Ribica only 15min walk. Local bread shop and supermarket about a 5minute walk away, which has all the essentials. There is also a ferry south side of the apartment that can take you to Krapanj Island for other restaurants.
