Guesthouse Ruža is a private family house located close to the city center, yet far enough away from the noise of caffes and city crowds. Within a 5-minute walk you will reach the center, supermarket, restaurants and caffés, and reach the town beach in 10 minutes of easy walk. The facility is located in a quiet street. Parking in the lockable garage is reserved for all guests of the facility. All units are air-conditioned, nicely decorated and equipped. A spacious garden with pool and deck chairs, as well as a barbecue area, will make your stay even more enjoyable. If you have a boat, we can provide you with a berth in the port during your stay. Reservation is needed.

Our family has been welcoming guests since 1998 and we are constantly investing in improving our services and content to provide guests with a better, more beautiful, and more enjoyable stay. In the summer of 2017, we built garages for our guests cars, and in June 2018, we completed 2 newly built and equipped apartments as well as garden pool.

Senj is a small pleasant town on the northern Adriatic, with more than three millennia of rich history and cultural heritage. The most monumental monument in the town, as well as in the entire Croatian littoral, is the fortress Nehaj, which was built in 1558 by the general Ivan Lenković for the defense of the city from the Turks and the Venetians. A very special experience offers numerous events from the rich Senj culture and tradition. The Carnival, which is held the second weekend in october , but also the winter carnival in January and February means a lot of fun and joy and the whole Senj is living for that time of year. Concert Days, Klapa Festival, Samba Festival, Musical Evenings in the Cathedral, Trademark Fairs, Fishing Festivals, Folklore, concerts are just some of the events you can enjoy. Be sure to make a boat trip to the nearby islands, and if you want to escape from the summer heat, visit North Velebit Nature Park, the sanctuary of Our Lady of Krasno, sanctuary for bears in Kuterevo , and Plitvice Lakes National Park. We are sure you will find something for yourself.
