The modernly furnished Rio apartment is located in Podstrana - a quiet and beautiful place, 8 km from the center of Split. Ideal for 2 + 1 persons, for third person (child) we are offering separate room with bed of 120 cm width. The property offers an elevator, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi and a flat-screen smart LED TV. Guests have at their disposal a free indoor garage and outdoor parking space. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with dining area including a microwave and dishwasher. The bathroom includes a bathtub with shower, hairdryer and a washing machine and free cosmetic accessory. There are numerous restaurants and cafés nearby, and the nearest beach is 300 m away. The tourist office is 300 m away from the apartment as well as the Cindro villa. The bus station is 200 m away and the first market is 30 m away from the apartment. The hairdresser's salon is 150 meters from the Rio apartment. The airport is located 25 km from the property.
My apartment is located in Podstrana which is beautiful and peaceful place 6 km from Split. We are very greatfull for all guests that comes to our beautiful and lovely apartment, and we will do everything that our guests feels like at home. Quality service is our top priority. We will make sure that you enjoy your stay and will be at your disposal if you need any assistance during your stay. Also, our team can give some recommendations to our guests about what to do and see in the destination.
Apartment Rio is located in the new residential village Palm Gardens in Podstrana near Split. The distance to the beach is 300 m, which extends to the nearby La Meridien Lav hotel where there is a beautiful promenade along the sea. In the narrower surroundings there are public facilities such as sports fields, basketball and football, fitness halls, shops, churches. At a distance of less than half a kilometer is golf field, while coffee on the Split River takes 10 to 15 minutes by car or bus. 25 km from apartment You can find zipline and rafting on the Cetina river
