The surface of the apartment is 78 m2. It is arranged over two floors. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, cooker+oven, sink, Electric kettle and kitchen cupboards with cutlery. In the dining room there is a table for four. In the bathroom there is a bath, washbasin, toilet, washing machine, a hair dryer etc. Towels and linen are also available. In the living room there are two leather sofas, a coffee table, cupboards, a SAT and LCD TV. The living room has exit to the larger terrace with a breathtaking view of the sea, the green Island of Lokrum and the Old Town. In the larger bedroom there is a double bed, two big wardrobes and nightstands. In the smaller bedroom there is a single bed. Both bedrooms have exit to the terrace which also offers a view of the sea, the Island of Lokrum and Old Town. On the bigger terrace with a wonderful view there is a table for four and a parasol. The apartment has air conditioning and a free Wi-Fi. The minimum stay is three days. The apartment and location are not suitable for the disabled.

The apartment is situated in the vicinity of the Excelsior hotel, at 16 Dubrovackog odreda. The Building itself is surrounded by pine trees and the area is extremely tranquil. The apartment faces south and it has plenty of sunlight. It is 15 - 20 minutes' walk from the popular Banje beach and the city gate Ploče. There is a free public parking in front of the Building.
