Our family has been engaged in service activities for about 30 years. The space for the host and family is located on the ground floor where we live during the year. We always have a calm atmosphere and most family members are going to work in the morning. The host who will usually greet you is Mrs. Ružica Ivić, she can suggest all the interesting things about Mali Lošinj. Ružica is usually at home in the apartment ready to answer any questions and at your service for everything you need. You can communicate with her in Croatian or German. Mr. Mladen Ivić is spending most of his time in our family restaurant not far from the apartment, he can speak Croatian, German and Italian, and our restaurant workers know English and some other languages. We recommend our restaurant "Buffet Adriatic" where we offer a variety of local dishes including fish, barbecue, salads, soups, roasts, pasta, seafood and quality wines and local beer. Guests from our apartments also receive an additional discount in the restaurant, which must be notified to the waiter. Mr. Mladen knows all the local people in the city and can always direct you to interesting places or do you a favor.

120 years old stone house in the main street of Mali Lošinj, Braće Vidulić, who were also the first owners of the object. You can find a photo of the house from the beginning of the construction of the city in the Zagreb Museum, and the house itself is also the cultural heritage. It is interesting that we ourselves did not know that our house was in the picture in the Museum until one of our regular guests showed it to us. (in gallery) The whole house is made out of stone and the walls on the foundations are up to 90 centimeters thick, we are sure that the noise there will not bother you. The house has been renovated several times, the last time was in 2012. In front of the house there is a terrace where all of our guests are welcome to spend time where there is also garden furniture, a swing, barbecue, parasols and a lots of flowers. The terrace is surrounded by a yard where you are free to let your children play carefree while you take a break from the beach. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood and in front of it there is a street that serves mainly for pedestrians. On the other side of the yard there is free parking space which you can always see from the apartment.

In the vicinity of 300m you have a lot of useful content. Our yard borders the parking where the local mechanic is located. The pharmacy is located just across from the parking lot, not far from the post office and police station. You can buy a variety of groceries at our local small shop or bakery. On the other side, there is Lošinj´s Fragrant Garden, where all the plants of the Lošinj homeland are planted and there are some animals. The smaller houses in that garden are ancient cultural heritage, in which renovations we helped ourselves. Across from the aromatic garden there is a local cultural heritage chapel 30 meters from our house. The path along the sea and parks is paved around the entire island of Lošinj. The beginning of the walk towards the town of Veli Lošinj is located right in our neighborhood. There is also the local beach Valdarke, where we usually go to the sea. The walk to the town of Veli Lošinj takes about an hour where you can get familiar with all the nature beauty of the island. Like the rest of the island, our neighborhood is full of viridity.
