This new two-room apartment on the 2nd floor of a new building is located in a quiet and green neighbourhood. It is a modern and youthful, but at the same time very comfortable and functional. It exudes incredible warmth and represents a modern family oasis where everyone can feel right at home. In addition to the kitchen, living room and bathroom, there are two bedrooms with double beds for two people, where one room can be a parent's room and the other a children's room, or two couples can stay in the apartment and each of them can have their own peace and privacy. In one of the rooms there is also a desk with a lamp, if someone comes on a business vacation and needs a workplace to work "from home". In the living room you can rest, watch a movie on the big TV or maybe play one of the card games. The apartment has enough light during the day, but it's not too hot, so it's ideal for a stay even on hot summer days, while in the morning it's best to sit on the balcony and sip coffee (or tea) under the gentle touch of the sun rays. The view from the balcony also brings a certain amount of peace and joy precisely because of the green area across the road where there is a children's playground, which is already a sign that you have entered a "homey" atmosphere.

My name is Sanda and I live with my family on the other side of Čakovec. I am the mother of a 2-year-old child and I am a graphic designer and illustrator by profession (the illustrations you see in the apartment are my work). I am also a passionate yoga practitioner, but also a yoga teacher who tries to live an active yoga lifestyle, so that's why I left a yoga mat in one of the rooms for all yoga lovers, or for those who may just need to stretch a little after waking up. I am very excited to host you in my new apartment. A lot of love and effort has gone into this apartment, and I hope you feel at home, even if only for a night. Welcome and enjoy!

The apartment is located in a new building in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood, surrounded by clean and low-traffic roads and the surrounding green area where a children's playground is. The windows of the apartment look out on that very greenery that brings a certain amount of peace and joy if you just sit on the balcony for a minute. Although it looks like the building is located outside of the city center, after a 4-7 minute walk (1 km) you will reach the center of Čakovec where you can look around a square, a church, a cultural center, a large park with the Čakovec castle and museum, and visit all the shops, cafes, bars and restaurants, as well as indulge in activities for children and families. The Čakovec hospital is only a 4-minute walk away, while the bus station is another few minutes away from it. If you are looking for a quiet environment where you can rest and sleep without the loud sounds of cars, people, or music from nearby bars, and yet be very close to the city center, this is the apartment for you.
