ANAI Apartment 80m2 / private pool / We are located in Sukosan - 12 km from Zadar Apartment 4 + 2 / apartment for rent / ground floor 🌞 two bedrooms (1st room - double bed + corner sofa, air conditioning, , 2nd room - double bed 🌞 kitchen (dishwasher, microwave) oven, oven, ceramic hob, refrigerator), 😊 large living room (two sofas, TV, dining table), air conditioning :) bathroom (washing machine) 🌞 covered terrace. There is also a barbecue on the terrace. The apartment is air conditioned, WiFi, there are two parking spaces. The pool is only for apartment guests Everything is 1000m-3000m away from us. Beaches, shops, restaurants.
We are a young family living above the apartment. Mostly we are not home :). But if you need us, we are at your disposal. Nothing will interfere with your privacy.
There is only one apartment for rent in the house. The ground floor of the house is just for you. No other guests but you. We are located on the outskirts of Sukosan, which is ideal for a family vacation. Our neighborhood is quiet, but you can hear the animals from the nearby family farm ( donkeys,,sheep, goats), They can be seen from the road the liads above our houses. We have a cat, and our neighborhood have cat. Cat walking aroun in the yard. You can see birds on the tree a noise from birds. We have beautifuly nature around the house, pine forest. The nights are calm and the sounds from the place due to the summer crowds reach us very little. In the month September it is possible to hear works from nearby buildings.
