The apartment is located on the 9th floor of a newly constructed building with a fast elevator and its own parking space in an underground secured garage. It has a fantastic view of the sea and the city and has a large terrace to enjoy all of it. It is located at a phenomenal location in the center of Zadar which is walking distance from the sea, beaches, promenades, restaurants, shopping center, central bus station, market, ancient Roman city walls, gates and buildings as well as many other landmarks. The apartment consists of a single bedroom, large living room, dining area, kitchen, bathroom and a large terrace. It is luxuriously equipped with the most modern appliances, has free high-speed wi-fi, air conditioners, smart TV, safe deposit box, microwave, espresso machine and everything else you might need. It is perfect for an excellent holiday as well as digital nomads who will be very comfortable during a longer stay in this clean, quiet and spacious apartment.
