Our lovely spacious room(20m2) with a large terrace(13m2) is located only 2 minutes walking distance from the center. The room is located on the first floor of our house and it has a shared entrance to the house. The room is private and it consists of a king-size bed(180x200), a large bathroom with a bathtub, and a large terrace with a sea view. It is equipped with an air conditioner, cable TV, Netflix, refrigerator(outside the room), kettle, WiFi, linen, towels, beach towels, hairdryer, hair straightener, iron(upon request), soap, shampoo, and toothbrush. There is a free, private, and shaded parking next to the house. We offer all our guests the possibility of clothes washing for a price of 5,00 Euro per wash. To ensure a smooth arrival, we will provide detailed directions upon booking. If you need recommendations for restaurants, nightlife, beaches, or excursions, or if you want to have an active vacation, feel free to contact us any time. As our guests, you have a 10% discount on boat excursions(Blue Cave), boat rentals, car rentals, scooter and bike rentals, kayaks, and SUPs.
My name is Branka. My husband and I purchased our house around 20 years ago, and we have now decided to rent out one room. We want to give our guests the pleasure of experiencing Bol. We are very communicative, enjoy welcoming friends and love animals. We have a small dog named Pablo, and we hope his presence won't be a bother to you. I will personally greet you at the house, but all communication regarding your stay will be handled by Frane. He will provide you with all the details about the room and anything else you may need. We hope you will choose our house as your starting point for exploring Bol and the beautiful island!
The house is located only 2 minutes walking distance from the center. In only a few steps you will be by the sea and the closest beach that is only 2 minutes away and at the beginning of a lovely shaded promenade that leads to a famous Zlatni Rat beach. It takes around 20 minutes on foot to reach Zlatni Rat. If you don’t feel like walking you have a tourist train and taxi boats in the center that take you directly to the beach. The closest grocery store, restaurants, and bars are in the center. Everything is within walking distance in Bol, especially from our house.
