Hi Frankie, nice to hear from you! The steps to enter the villa through the main door are indeed very low, shouldn't be a problem. Hello there! Just received this, so I guess a little outdated for Christmas 😊 Well, the villa is fully equipped with a fireplace and central AC. The winter is mild, pleasant.
