Blending into the dramatic landscape with spectacular views, as well as perfectly positioned for watching the sun journey across the sky, Paris Villa is the perfect base for summer holidays by the sea. The Villa boasts three bedrooms which are located on the first floor and can comfortably accommodate up to 7 guests in total. Two of the bedrooms feature double beds and direct access to balconies. Additionally, the last bedroom features two single beds, with direct access to a balcony as well. One more guest can be accommodated in a folding bed, located in the living room area. This luxury holiday home flaunts exquisite contemporary interiors that exude a certain ethereal elegance and calm which guarantee a perfectly relaxing and rejuvenating stay.  The Villa boasts three bedrooms which are located on the first floor and can comfortably accommodate up to 7 guests in total. Two of the bedrooms feature double beds and direct access to balconies. Additionally, the last bedroom features two single beds, with direct access to a balcony as well. One more guest can be accommodated in a folding bed, located in the living room area. Additionally, Villa Paris is a part of the complex “Agios Dimitrios Villas”, which includes two Villas. Pool operates seasonally (end of March - middle of November) Air-conditioning in all areas is included & serves for heating purposes also Smoking is allowed only outdoors. No pets allowed events are not allowed. *Accommodation cost Excludes: Resilience Tax 15,00 per villa per night. This is not included in the platform prices and shall be paid, upon check in.

Villa Paris is located just 3 minutes away, by car, from Bali village which was a small fishing village, but over the years has become a charming touring village, overlooking the little fishing harbour and the sea. It is a very attractive and romantic place, combining sea and mountains. Life is easy going enjoying the sun and the clear calm sea at a number of sandy and shingly beaches. Bali is a modern seaside resort, which offers a large choice of taverns ,restaurants, a bakery, an ATM machine, super markets, a butchery and cheese shop, as well as a wide variety of little shops, diving school, bars and discos. Bali is accessible from any part of the island. It is ideal for family and romantic holidays. Bali has four beaches, which are formed in sandy coves with nice greenish waters. The closest beach, “Livadi”, is located with 15 minutes walking distance from the Villas. (1,5 kilometre). The beaches are almost always calm, since the direction of Bali is western. They all are suitable for children and well organised. Moreover, buses from Heraklion and Rethymnon run to Bali. Furthermore, from the local harbour, excursion boats run daily to Rethymnon.
