Country house in the settlement of Gavradia Ierissou, five minutes by car from the village of Ierissou. This beautiful cottage is in a private courtyard and contains three levels. It is fully equipped and has free parking. On the ground floor you enter the living room, a kitchen with all the necessary equipment and the dining room, while there is also a small bathroom. The living room is a beautifully decorated space where there is a sofa and an armchair that become beds in case they are surrounded, and in addition there is a TV and a fireplace. On entering the cottage there is a large balcony with dining area, and off the back of the kitchen there is also a small balcony leading to the back yard and outside enclosed shower room. Upstairs you will see two bedrooms and a large bathroom. In the first there is a double bed and a wardrobe and access to a balcony overlooking the sea. In the other bedroom there are two single beds with a wardrobe and access to a balcony with a view of the mountain, where there is also a washing machine. On the lower level there is a small sitting area with a small fridge, double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and a toilet, and it is accessed by stairs to the courtyard. In the garden there is a dining area, outdoor shower, barbecue, oven and sunbeds
Places to visit: - Tower of Prosfori from the 11th century in the port of Ierissos -The Metoh Kakovo monastery of Hilandar, 5 km from Gavradia beach to Stratoni - The island of Ammouliani with wonderful beaches 15' by boat from Tripiti, 12 km away -The tiny Drenia (or Gaidouronisia) islets east of Ammouliani -Kakoudia Beach immediately after Gavradia. Unique formation of white rocks and thick sand. - Xiropotami Beach with blond sand and shallow waters. Ideal for family and children, 12 km away. -Develiki, access from Gomati village 11km. - Pyrgos Beach, quiet and full of pebbles, 20 km. - Komitsa Beach, 5 km from Nea Rhodes. - Ierissos beach with many facilities (umbrellas, sunbeds, beach bar, etc. 5 km. -The famous old shipyards called karnaya, are located in the port of Ierissos. -The village of Pyrgadikia and the beautiful beaches in the bay of Sigitikos, 30 km. -Beach Bar Voulitsa in Nea Roda
