Surrounded by nature, the villa is located at an utterly quiet spot on the island of Meganisi, within short walking distance (2-5 mins) from two lovely pebble beaches while just 1km from the picturesque village of Spartohori (3 mins drive). This is a spacious 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom villa of 150 sq.m. that features all amenities needed for effortless indoor and outdoor living. The décor of the villa is tasteful, stimulating positivity along with an abundant sense of lavishness, generosity of size and comfort. At the ground floor, there is a large open space dining/living area with relaxing sofas and an inviting fireplace corner, a WC and a fully equipped kitchen with a large island for extra ease while cooking. Next to the living room, there is a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with its own private entrance, allowing for additional privacy. Wooden stairs lead to the first floor which features two bright and spacious bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, one with a double bed and one with two twin beds. Both bedrooms have access to a balcony with stunning seaviews. All three bedrooms and living area are airconditioned while they also feature ceiling fans for those who prefer a more natural way of cooling. The dining and sitting areas feature fans for a more natural cooling. Outdoors, the villa features a swimming pool with sunbeds, dining seating and a small chapel named after St Irene, all overlooking the blue Ionian Sea and the green Princes Islands. BBQ provided. The villa may host up to 6 adults with overall occupancy of up to 8 guests. It is also family and pet friendly, whereas complementary wifi is available throughout.

Meganisi is an unspoilt green gem, an island with traditional settlements, pristine beaches and magnificent sea caves which follows a relaxing way of living. It is an ideal choice for relaxing but also quality vacations, combining authenticity with cosmopolitan aura. In Meganisi, green and blue make up a feast, generously made up for its visitors to explore, with numerous small beaches, restaurants by the sea (in Spilia and Vathy), walking paths (inner side). Being part of Lefkada island, Meganisi covers an area of c. 20 square kilometers and has three scenic villages, Katomeri, Sartohori and Vathy with total population of 2,000 inhabitants. A regular ferry boat line connects the island to Nidri village in Lefkada, a 25mins cruise. Apart from the regular ferry, there is always the choice of using a water taxi to get across to Lefkada island but also the ability to rent a motor or sailing boat to wander around nearby islands and beaches.
