The villa is located in a very quiet area in Garitsa , approximately 2 km away from the Corfu center and the airport Kapodistrias. It owns a beautiful garden where you can relax and enjoy the nature around. It is duplex house , with a large living room area , fully equipped kitchen , dining area and 1 bathroom to the ground floor and 3 bedrooms with a large bathroom to the 1st floor.

The villa is located in a very quiet neighborhood surrounded by beautiful nature. It is situated approximatelyn 2 kilometers from the town of Corfu and the Kapodistrias airport. Within 500-meter radius, you will find the Museum and Palace of Mon Repos, offering a glimpse into the island's rich history. Just a short walk away is the temple of Artemis, an ancient sanctuary of worship. Additionally, the villa is less than 1.5 kilometers away from Kanoni and Vlacherena church, allowing you to explore the historical landmarks nearby.
