το κατάλυμα αποτελείται από δύο ορόφους , βρίσκεται σε παραθαλάσσιο οικόπεδο - 102 μέτρα βραχώδους παραλίας , με άπλετη θέα στο αρχιπέλαγος του Μεγανησιού. από όλα τα σημεία του και πλήρως απομονωμένο από τον περιβάλλοντα χώρο.
Με χαρά μας θα υποδεχτούμε και θα βοηθήσουμε τους φιλοξενούμενούς μας με πληροφορίες για τον χώρο και την περιοχή μας. Κατοικούμε στον ισόγειο χώρο του κτιρίου, που έχει ξέχωρη είσοδο από το προς ενοικίαση κατάλυμα , μα η παρουσία μας θα είναι πολύ διακριτική ,
