Set less than 1 km from Tsamakia Beach, The Tiny House of the Lemon Tree offers a garden, and air-conditioned accommodation with a terrace and free WiFi. There is a private entrance at the holiday home for the convenience of those who stay. The rooms come with a patio with views of the inner courtyard. All units comprise a seating area with a sofa, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen with various cooking facilities, including an oven, a fridge, a stovetop and kitchenware. A balcony with an outdoor dining area and garden views is offered in each unit. All units will provide guests with a desk and a coffee machine. Popular points of interest near the holiday home include Fikiotripa Beach, Theophilos Museum and Ecclesiastic and Byzantine Museum Mytilini. Mytilene International Airport is 7 km from the property.

If you want to know what’s it like to live on Lesvos like a local, you'll love this well equipped & hidden Gem of 33sqm. It’s unique Mix &Match Style, based on the year of the dragon, with light hues of blue and warm orange create a romantic & unique atmosphere – newly renovated in early 2024. The tiny House offers fine quality & value that is central by feet, still very quiet and calm to unwind from your daily adventures in the city. You’ll find an authentic upscale greek home perfect for vacation or possible long term stays. The wooden kitchen that overlooks the backyard with a beautiful big lemon tree is well equipped with a large fridge, new coffee machine, stove, oven, kettle, pans & pots along with other equipment. Near by you’ll find a dinning table & chaise lounge to relax. The new bathroom is very clean with modern minimalist design. You'll have a modern & new washing machine, powerful hairdryer, towels and complimentary equipment plus shower gel and shampoo. The whole space is fully air conditioned (including heating) & on ground level. Normally, this is one of my homes so a great deal of care & love went into this tiny house to create a welcoming home for everyone

You're located just a 5 minutes by feet near the Ermou Street and the port with easily access to all the most important hot spots in the city center of Mitlini. In this area are countless coffee shops, small boutique shops for jewellery, fashion, decor and so many more - greek restaurants and live music a lot of nights especially in the late summer nights. Life takes part outside - in the Ermou Street & the old port side and you will find it all directly here by feet! Don't miss the port which allows an atmospheric view especially at the evening with the lights, boats and ocean. Even you’re in the center of Mitilini the neighbourhood is quite and friendly. A small beautiful park to take a walk is also by 1 minute walking reachable. Next to this park is the closest supermarket „MyMarket“, near the Ermou Street, with better prices than the MiniMarkets. One mini market with long opening hours is 80m next to the house. Directly next to this is a pharmacy for any medical treatment with good prices. The parking spot very close by the house! 10 minutes walking to the main port
