"Onos" is the ancient greek word for donkey and actually this cottage was housing these lovely animals since 1924. "Onos living project" is as simple as an ispiration of transforming an old stable which was built totally by hand, using materials such as stones, wood and mud - into a fully equipped house, with tramendous respect for its uniqness and care for the awsomeness of the cycladic surroundings. The spaces were slightly changed and the building materials were mostly the same as the ones that were initially being used at the early beginning of the 19th century, while the philosophy remained the same: Living in a stable and experiencing the uniqness of it.
